Tool Submission Guidelines
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Each submission passes a manual review before publishing. These guidelines help you submit something we can actually publish.
What we look for
- A real, working product or service with a live official website.
- A clear description of what it does and who it is for.
- Honest pricing information (free, freemium, subscription, or contact sales).
What is usually rejected
- Dead links or unreachable websites.
- Duplicate submissions of an already-listed tool.
- Spam, affiliate-only landing pages, or low-quality aggregators.
- Websites with obviously misleading claims.
Workflow
- SUBMITTED — received and awaiting review.
- UNDER_REVIEW — an editor is assessing the submission.
- NEEDS_CHANGES — we need more or corrected information from you.
- APPROVED / PUBLISHED — live in the directory.
- REJECTED / ARCHIVED — not published (we will note why).
After publishing
We may edit descriptions for clarity, accuracy, and style. You can request corrections at any time via the Contact page.
