Tool Submission Guidelines

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Each submission passes a manual review before publishing. These guidelines help you submit something we can actually publish.

What we look for

  • A real, working product or service with a live official website.
  • A clear description of what it does and who it is for.
  • Honest pricing information (free, freemium, subscription, or contact sales).

What is usually rejected

  • Dead links or unreachable websites.
  • Duplicate submissions of an already-listed tool.
  • Spam, affiliate-only landing pages, or low-quality aggregators.
  • Websites with obviously misleading claims.

Workflow

  1. SUBMITTED — received and awaiting review.
  2. UNDER_REVIEW — an editor is assessing the submission.
  3. NEEDS_CHANGES — we need more or corrected information from you.
  4. APPROVED / PUBLISHED — live in the directory.
  5. REJECTED / ARCHIVED — not published (we will note why).

After publishing

We may edit descriptions for clarity, accuracy, and style. You can request corrections at any time via the Contact page.
